I am a childbirth educator and experienced birth doula in Fort Collins, Colorado. I am passionate about supporting parents through birth and the early months of parenting. 

My approach is simple: ensure you have all of the information and support you need to make decisions that match your values and desires for your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. 

I am a mother of 2, and I specialize in working with people who want an autonomous hospital birth, VBAC, and homebirth. I love helping families feel prepared and confident for their journey through birth and parenthood.
